Creativity can help focus and calm the mind, and has even been compared to meditation due to its calming effects on the mind, body and spirit.
Even just drawing, painting, gardening or crafting releases dopamine, nature’s antidepressant!
Workshop dates are sadly on hold but will start as soon as lockdown ends.

The exhibition will go ahead with slightly adjusted dates once we reopen,
