Movement is Joy, and My body My Pilates has been helping so many clients improve bodily functions so they can live better, healthier and happier lives. Those who are new to Pilates are always astounded by how quickly they feel and see the effects of Pilates, many sharing the experience of feeling taller and lighter after the first session. Gaining beautiful muscle lines, getting more energy and attaining a healthier posture has helped clients find joy in every move they make in their lives. Pilates then becomes a natural way of life for them.
Founder of My body My Pilates, Helen Zhang, cannot be prouder of all she and her team have accomplished over the years. Her commitment to bring not just Pilates to everyone but to also ensure classes and instructors are of the highest standard, and she has brought world-class Pilates Instructor Training Courses to her centre as well after training with Nora St. John, MS NCPT, Education Program Director of Balanced Body Inc.
Celebrate at My body My Pilates Open House
There will be an Open House on Sunday, 8th September from 9am to 6pm at the studio. Everyone is invited and you are also welcome to bring friends along!

Highlights of the Open House
There will be 30-min FREE Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair) every 2 hours between 9am and 6pm on a first come first served basis. This is a great opportunity for Pilates lovers to get together to celebrate the joy they feel in their Pilates practices. For those who are curious and new to Pilates, take this chance to have a go and you are very likely to want to return for more!
The celebration gets even better. There will be a 20% discount for ALL Pilates classes on sale that day (no expiry dates)!
