Mothering Self is about consciously attending to not only what you eat, ingest and the quality of your sleep, but also the way you speak to yourself, as well as the relationships and environments you choose to be in.
Mothering Self is about the choices you make as to where you put your focus and attention, and how you choose to spend your time and energy.

💗 Be Your Own Cheer Squad.
WHY IS MOTHERING SELF SO IMPORTANT?
Regardless of whether your emotional or physical needs have been met by others in the past or currently, it is important for you to choose to be self-aware of how you are thinking, feeling and acting and to attend to your needs as an adult in healthy positive ways.
Mothering Self is choosing to heal the wounds of the past so that you can improve your relationship not only with yourself, but your relationships with others.

👩🏼🍼 When someone chooses to dust themselves off, recover, recharge and then rise again.
👩🏼🍼 When someone chooses to believe in themselves.
👩🏼🍼 When someone acknowledges both their small and big wins.
