• Make the sauce with 1 garlic clove
, 1⁄2 onion, chopped fried in olive oil, then fry 175g extra lean beef mince.

• Season with salt, pepper, oregano,
100g crushed tomato
till cooked.

• Add to boiled 50g penne pasta.

• Sprinkle with 10g parmesan cheese when serving (optional).
